VeratNet is a Serbian telecommunications company and internet service provider (ISP) established in 1993. Initially focusing on providing internet access, it became one of the pioneering ISPs in Serbia. Over the years, VeratNet expanded its portfolio to include a comprehensive range of telecommunication and IT services. Key offerings include ADSL and wireless broadband internet, domain registration, web hosting (Linux and Windows shared hosting, SSD hosting, cloud servers), Voice over IP (VoIP), and leased circuit services. They operate their own data center in Belgrade, built according to modern standards. In 2012, US-based VelaTel Global Communications acquired a majority stake, aiming to upgrade VeratNet's wireless infrastructure. In 2013, VeratNet merged with another Serbian ISP, BeotelNet, under the ownership of Cyprus Fund "Kerseyco Trading LTD". Since then, the brands have operated somewhat synergistically, with the Verat.net website often redirecting or referring to BeotelNet services. Their target audience encompasses both residential users seeking internet access and businesses requiring reliable connectivity, hosting solutions, and specialized telecom services within Serbia.
