Sadece Hosting, established in 2004 and commencing operations in 2005, positioned itself as a significant web hosting and data center service provider primarily focused on the Turkish market. It gained recognition for operating one of Turkey's largest data centers, emphasizing state-of-the-art infrastructure, robust security, and high reliability with multiple high-capacity connections to major Turkish ISPs. The company offered a range of services including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud servers, colocation, domain registration, and SSL certificates, catering to both individuals and businesses of varying sizes. In May 2013, SadeceHosting was acquired by TelecityGroup, a European data center provider, marking TelecityGroup's entry into the Turkish market. Subsequently, in January 2016, Equinix, a global interconnection and data center company, completed its acquisition of TelecityGroup. Following these acquisitions, the SadeceHosting brand and operations were integrated into the larger structures, eventually operating under the SH Online İletişim A.Ş. name and later becoming part of Equinix's presence in Turkey. While still referenced as an operator, its distinct identity has merged with Equinix, which now leverages the established Istanbul data center infrastructure to offer colocation and interconnection services to a diverse digital ecosystem in the region.
