Nerim, established in 1999, was a prominent French telecommunications operator and hosting provider focused on the business market. Initially an independent ISP, Nerim expanded its portfolio to include a wide array of services such as ADSL, fiber optic connectivity, VoIP, shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud solutions, email hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates. The company targeted micro-businesses, SMEs, and intermediate-sized enterprises across France, leveraging its technical expertise in data networks and hosting. Nerim operated its own network infrastructure and utilized Tier 3+ data centers, emphasizing reliability and tailored solutions for corporate clients. In 2018, Nerim was acquired by the Celeste group, another French B2B operator. This was followed by another acquisition in February 2019, when Bouygues Telecom Entreprises acquired Nerim from Celeste's parent company, Dzeta Partners, as part of its strategy to significantly expand its footprint in the French B2B market. While initially stated that Nerim would retain legal and commercial autonomy under Bouygues, its operations and services are now integrated within the larger Bouygues Telecom Entreprises B2B ecosystem, benefiting from Bouygues' extensive resources while maintaining a focus on professional clients.
