Axxess was founded by Franco Barbalich in his one-bedroom flat in 1997. Sure, we provide Internet and our job is to sell & support, simple & affordable ADSL, Fibre and Mobile (5G/LTE) Data services. But that's what we do. It's not who we are. We are all about our clients. We aim to be the most client-centric ISP in SA – to make "getting connected" so easy and seamless that anyone and everyone can have access to the World Wide Web. We also operate a fully managed 24 x 7 technical support call centre in order to offer our clients peace of mind, knowing that there is always a wacky (but knowledgeable) person available to assist them. Being there for our clients is of utmost importance to us, and we continue to invest in new systems and technologies to help us give our clients the Axxess experience.
